I primarily utilize Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS) and EMDR. These are powerful, evidence-based approaches that help us understand our relationships and inner world. For my clients with faith, I integrate psychological insight with a faith-centered perspective. This means honoring your story while inviting God into the healing process, at a pace that feels safe and authentic to you. Whether you are navigating relationship struggles, grief, fall out from past trauma, or feeling stuck in old patterns, you don't have to do this alone.
